Group Program Agreement Free

With this document, the organizer of a group program can define the terms for people participating in that group program. A group program can be anything: from meetings and discussions about yoga advantages to regular monthly book club meetings.

A Group Program Agreement allows the organizer of the group program to set up the expectations for the group members from payment to general organizational rules. No negotiation is happening in this document - it's a one-sided agreement, created by the organizer.

This document can be used for any group program and by any organizer.

The person filling the document will have to enter information about the group program's name, its description, and a location. There are also standard contractual clauses that comprehensively cover the organizer and ensure that the participants of the group program know they agree to certain legal protections for the organizer, such as indemnification and arbitration.

A completed document should be posted online for the members to read.

Some common examples are as follows:

• For a Facebook group, the agreement could be posted in the "Documents" section
• For an online web group, the agreement could have its own page on the website
• For a Meetup group, the agreement could be posted within the group or emailed to all new members
• For physical programs, the agreement can be given, in hard copy, to each of the members
