Housekeeper Service Agreement Free

A Housekeeper Service Agreement is composed of two parties - the housekeeper or the cleaning company that agrees to grant cleaning services for a client and the client. In the agreement, it is allowed to specify the range of their relationship. The document is useful both for the client, wishing to hire a cleaning service and the housekeeper or the cleaning company, wanting to provide services to the client. 

Commonly, individuals enter into business relationships without specifying all the details needed in a working agreement. However, by agreeing with all the details in advance, disputes can be avoided, and it can be assured that all the requirements will be met on time.

This document contains all the information you need to successfully establish a business relationship with a housekeeper or cleaning company, including:
 
·      Location(s) the housekeeper will be responsible for cleaning;
·      The housekeeper's working schedule
·      Duties and responsibilities that the housekeeper should perform during cleaning sessions;
·      The amount of compensation the service provider will receive and how frequently the provider will be paid;
·      Details about when the Agreement will be terminated

Before the actual work begins, it is possible to discuss the terms of the contract and sign the final agreement between the housekeeper and the client. This contract may also be entered into upon commencement of work to clarify the relationship and responsibilities of all the parties.

All Service Agreements are subject to both federal and state laws, which cover the general principles of contract on how contracts are created and interpreted by courts.  Federal laws may restrict what services can be contracted for (for example, illegal services may not be contracted for) and specific broad categories, like contracting for something that looks more like an employment relationship. Still, individual state laws may govern the interpretation of the contract in case of a dispute.
