Spousal Support Demand Letter Free

A person who is granted alimony or another form of support in a divorce/separation can use this Spousal Support Demand Letter. The letter acts as a reminder to another Party that they have to pay the support of their obligations. This document can function as proof in court as well.

The person filling the document has to enter all the details needed to demand alimony or other spousal support that is owed, such as names and addresses of the parties, the title, and the case number of the court order (if applicable). Also, it is required to insert the information on the amount of support that is supposed to be paid and its frequency. This letter also specifies the type of support that should be paid.

A completed document should be signed and sent through certified mail.
